In this episode we chat with Steven Brochu, NAIT Culinary alumnus. 
Steven is the chef and owner of MilkCrate.  Steven was the head chef at Chartier before he decided to branch out and launch his own business.  Steven found creative ways to keep business going during COVID lockdowns.
